TASC Chief Executive Officer

TASC’s Chief Executive Officer Pam Reynolds is writing the next chapter of TASC. Keep up with her unique perspective, thoughts and the latest TASC news and developments by reading her CEO Blog.

As many of you already know, starting on January 1, 2024, I am the new Chief Executive Officer for TASC.

I am incredibly grateful to Dan and Patti Rashke for entrusting me to lead TASC into the future. I appreciate the confidence they have in me and the opportunity to take the legacy of TASC forward. You have had… vision, relentless drive, resilience, and a selfless commitment to achieving the mission of TASC. You have built a strong organization with services that are of value, committed and driven employees and customers that really do need what we offer.

I know that everyone reading this message joins me in sharing your appreciation for everything that Dan and Patti have done for TASC. Being a part of TASC is incredibly important to me. It shaped me both as a person and as a leader.

I grew up hearing stories about TASC from my father Ron Myren, one of the earliest board members, founder Don Rashke, the other founding board members, and Dan Rashke. All of them talked about the history of TASC and shared many success stories.

I have been with TASC for more than 22 years now and have also heard many success stories directly from our customers. Stories where TASC made a real difference in their lives. Saving them money in taxes so they could continue to run their business, getting access to medical care that they desperately needed, and getting easy access to the money they set aside for their medical expenses. Over the years, TASC has fought the IRS or challenged legislation that we felt was not in their best interest. That is why I come to work every day. To make a difference in people’s lives.

You know, organizations are like people; they go through phases. TASC is at the right phase of the company’s life. In fact, I would say if it were not for the Rashkes and their leadership, TASC would not be celebrating 48 years of being in business.

Today we find ourselves in a new phase. Our customers are different, our market is changing, technology is evolving, how we sell our services is shifting, the work and the way we work is changing and our needs as employees are different.

So, how do I see TASC in the future? I see us intently focused on growth and using our operational efficiency to fuel our growth. We are running a diverse set of performing distribution channels that no one in the industry can match. We have more customers overall and more large customers than ever before. We will continue to grow by acquiring companies. And we are leveraging our new MyTASC system/platform to win new customers every day.

For TASC to thrive in the future, it is important that we move to a growth mindset. With us all embracing and intently focused on driving growth together. My job and the job of everyone connected with TASC is to realize the mission of TASC and to bring our services to even more people to make a difference in their lives.

I look forward to working with all of you to create a better TASC in the future.
