As I fill out my officer positions, it is with great pleasure I announce the promotion of Christian Rosenstock to Chief Service Offering Officer (CSOO).
Since joining TASC in 2010, Christian has held several different roles and has made major contributions. As the EVP of Business Development, Christian has lead several business units and launched dozens of new products driving significant growth including the fastest growing new product in company history, Affordable Care Act Employee Reporting. He also played a key role in securing TASC’s largest customer, the Office of Personnel Management of the U.S. Federal Government, and development of the technology to meet their needs.
As the President of our Microbusiness Division, Christian led the team to a 68% increase in sales production over the prior year, with the same size sales force. And in response to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) he helped develop new programs to keep microbusiness Clients compliant while enacting a significant fee increase.
In addition to his time with TASC, Christian has over 25 years of experience in multiple industries including insurance and financial services, leading IT, mergers & acquisitions, product management and corporate strategy.
In his new position, Christian leads TASC’s product strategy and management, product development, and helps support strategic and operational initiatives across TASC. Also, because TASC pays attention to our customers, Christian leads market research including our Voice of Customer program.
A key part of TASC’s culture is philanthropy and that passion is shared by Christian. He is the founder and Executive Director of Gunning For Hope, a 501(c)3 that raises money for cancer research through shooting and hunting fundraisers. Christian and his volunteers, have raised over $700,000 for life saving cancer research.
I am excited to have Christian lead our Service Offering strategy going forward. Christian is a tremendous asset to TASC. He has been instrumental in leading product innovation over the past several years. I look forward to his influence on TASC’s strategic direction and I am confident that under his leadership we will continue to drive innovation and growth with our service offerings and the organization.
