Employers define the parameters and TASC handles the rest. Participants’ reimbursements are added to their MyCash account linked to their TASC Card – faster than a check or direct deposit.

With guidance from TASC, the employer determines what’s eligible which may include employment tenure, area of study, GPA, and a commitment to remain with the organization for a specific period.
Employers can provide up to $5,250 per year in tax-free education assistance per employee when offering a Tuition Reimbursement account, and this amount is deductible from the employer’s taxes, making it cost-effective.
