TASC Releases a Vaccination Reward Account to Help Companies’ Bottomline and Save Countless Lives

Nearly half of U.S. citizens indicate they will refuse or delay getting the COVID-19 vaccination.

Madison, WI (April 20, 2021) – Keeping employees healthy at work and helping them return to work safely is critical for all businesses. One way to help employees return as safely as possible is by encouraging them to get vaccinated. That’s where the new Vaccine Wellness Reward account comes in.

As vaccines for COVID-19 become more widely available, incentivizing employees to get vaccinated for COVID-19 or even the seasonal flu can make a real difference. By giving an incentive to get vaccinated, employer will increase the number of employees who get vaccinated, because there’s something in it for them. And it’s good for business because the more employees that get vaccinated, the more they avoid serious illness keeping them on the job and productive plus they reduce the risk of passing illnesses on to their coworkers.

How will it work?

In just a few steps clients of TASC can quickly turn on the Vaccination Reward Account in the Universal Benefit Account®.  When an employee gets vaccinated and submits proof of vaccination to TASC, TASC will fund the employees account with specified amount.
