TASC’s donations were made possible through gifts from employees and the Dan & Patti Rashke (TASC) Family Foundation.
Madison, WI (December 22, 2021) – TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) announced today a charitable donation of one million dollars under the company’s CARES program. CARES is TASC’s long-standing commitment to philanthropy and giving back. Financial support provided to organizations from TASC employees and the company, as well as employee volunteer efforts and the company’s in-kind program led to this momentous contribution to communities the past year.
TASC employees donated $354,322 this year to charities in communities where they live. Through the company’s Community Giving Campaign, more than $212,000 was donated to support United Ways chapters and nonprofit organizations. Employees also volunteered more than 5,532 hours through the company’s paid volunteer time and Dollars for Doers program, valued at over $210,000.
“At TASC, we lead by example to create a culture of giving. Our employees engage deeply with their volunteer efforts as well as raise and donate significant dollars to causes they are passionate about,” said Daniel Rashke, CEO of TASC. “We foster our employees philanthropic spirit to improve the health, wealth, and well-being of their communities.”
In addition to employees’ contributions to making a difference, TASC along with the Dan & Patti Rashke (TASC) Family Foundation, donated nearly $400,000 through direct financial support to charitable organizations as well as in-kind services. TASC’s in-kind services provide up to $1,000 per year of benefit administration services for free which not only helps the nonprofit save money to invest in their mission but also helps the nonprofit employees pay less taxes so their paycheck goes further.
“There has never been a time when charitable giving has been more important, but at TASC we want to go beyond the traditional donations, and offer nonprofits benefits to attract and retain employees who work hard to improve our communities,” shared Rashke.
