Madison, WI (November 27, 2012) – TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), a provider of tax-advantaged medical and other benefit account management services, announces that Benesyst has become a Division of TASC with primary focus in large national accounts. With locations in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Cincinnati, Ohio, and more than 80 employees, TASC immediately increases its capabilities and capacities including Benesyst’s technology team and data center.
By joining forces with TASC, Benesyst preserves its culture of performance and service excellence, while gaining scale-based advantages of a national organization with nearly 700 employees in 60 locations. As a Division of TASC, Benesyst’s distribution network will have access to a strong portfolio of services for small and mid-market employers. TASC will have new products to bring to its established customer base in all size markets, including BeneScholar™ Online Educational Expense Reimbursement program; BeneSmart® Online Enrollment and Eligibility platform; and Wellness Rewards Administration services.
