Good News! The State increased the elections to the following plans effective 1/1/2025:
Health Care Flexible Spending Account:
- Maximum annual election amount of $3,156
- Minimum annual election amount of $120
- Grace Period to incur eligible expenses through March 15, 2026
- Runout Period to file claims that occurred during eligible period through April 30, 2026
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account:
- Maximum annual election amount of $4,956
- Minimum annual election amount of $120
- Runout Period to file claims for 2025 services, through April 30, 2026
