She has also been instrumental in the development and management of TASC’s Strategy System of Management and assists the organization and leadership in charting and executing the plan to realize TASC’s future.

Chief Sales Officer

Andy leads the TASC sales organization, which includes a team of more than 100 sales professionals in Traditional Sales, Large Market Sales, Independent Sales Channel, and Strategic Alliances. He serves on the TASC Strategy Team, President’s Advisory Council, and shares his expertise at TASC Board of Advisors and Inner Circle Meetings. An expert on Universal Benefit Account, Andy regularly conducts education sessions, broker sales training seminars, and client enrollment meetings, and he has personally recruited hundreds of active TASC producers.

Brad leads TASC’s Customer Care, Account Management, EDI, and User Acceptance Testing departments. He brings more than 30 years of experience in operations and customer service management, including 8 years working at Ceridian. Brad has worked as FlexSystem Product Manager and has been involved in many TASC acquisitions. He has been instrumental in the development and deployment of numerous system and service enhancements at TASC.

With over 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience in the Human Capital Management space, his mission is to “Lead Seekers to Greater Levels of Success.”
