Madison, WI (July 9, 2015) – TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), the country’s largest privately-held, third-party employee benefits administrator, is pleased to announce that its Chief Executive Officer Dan Rashke was recently listed as one of the 25 most influential people in Madison, Wisconsin by Madison’s In Business magazine.
Rashke was recognized for being integral to TASC’s transformation to a nationally admired company and for building the corporation into a $100 million dollar entity with nearly 900 employees nationwide. Since becoming CEO of TASC in 1995, Rashke has led the charge on every aspect of TASC’s strategy, mission, and culture.
TASC’s impressive growth isn’t the only reason Rashke—winner of the Brian Howell Excellence in Innovation Award—and TASC are so admired. It’s Rashke’s dedication to the broader industry and community that has elevated the company brand and also redefined what it means to be a leader.
In Business Magazine cited Rashke’s work in the community, and his enabling of employees to do the same, as items that set him apart. This commitment to philanthropy is clear. He’s the 2015 campaign chair for the United Way of Dane County, and encourages TASC employees to volunteer, granting them up to five days of paid time off each year to contribute their time, money, and minds to bettering the community.
“When you look at the other 24 individuals included in this year’s list of influential people in Madison, you can’t help but be honored by this designation,” said Rashke. “I hope the work that I and TASC are able to accomplish in the future continues to demonstrate our desire to improve all of the communities we all live and work in.”
