Recently, a TASC participant was in need of urgent medical attention and their medical and prescription coverage was not active. They reached out to us thinking it was something we could help with, but instead, it was due to an error by their insurance provider.

But the story didn’t end there.

The insurance provider was not responsive, leaving our participant scrambling to find the information they needed – quickly. One of our fantastic Customer Care Specialists went above and beyond, staying with our participant every step of the way until the account was deemed “active” and they could receive the proper care they needed. They shared:

“Thank you for your follow up. The response of TASC has been beyond amazing and goes way beyond what any company would ever do for a customer.

TASC was never to blame for this in the first place. The delay was entirely due to (insurance company). The response from TASC was outstanding and went way beyond any reasonable expectation.

I can’t thank you and your team enough. Your efforts have made a huge impact for me emotionally and mentally. And physically as well. Who knows how much longer I would have to wait for treatment if you had not stepped up as you did.”
