As I mentioned in my first blog as TASC’s CEO, my focus is going to be on growth. I firmly believe that TASC is well positioned to experience incredible growth over the next few years. Everything we have worked on and worked through in the last few years has provided us with the most innovative financial services solution platform in the industry.

If you haven’t recently looked at TASC and our industry leading MyTASC platform that powers our Universal Benefit Account offering and Benefit Continuation offerings and soon, our Health and Welfare Compliance offerings, it’s time you catch up with all it can offer. TASC has invested strongly in technology over the last few years to create a platform that can meet the evolving benefit needs of employers and employees.

We know that people want benefits that feel like benefits and the reality is that is not the case these days.  Our industry is built in silos based on years of fragmented Health and Welfare Benefits legislation and administrators that use different technology platforms and ways of working designed for each piece of legislation and have antiquated tools that make employee benefits hard.

That is not the case with TASC. Our strength and the new technology that we developed supports one platform and customer experience, 50+ benefit accounts and premium payment accounts. Plus, with our new platform, we can quickly offer new benefit accounts and benefit continuation premium accounts based on new legislation or employer needs. We work with businesses every day to create solutions for them to meet their needs to compete in a tight labor market, help them keep their employees and manage their cost of benefits.

Earlier this year we released a new set of Premium Accounts on our platform, this allows employers to offer COBRA, Leave of Absence or Retiree Billing all on the same integrated technology platform, website, and mobile app.  Plus, our technology can help employers that have an interest in fringe accounts like wellness, education and charitable giving are expanding rapidly. And since the pandemic we have seen high demand for our home office account that can help employees outfit their remote workspace to be more productive and efficient.

As many of you already know, TASC has been at the forefront of innovation. We were the first to bring Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) online, offering users the opportunity to manage their FSA quickly and easily from anywhere there is an internet connection. That is a table stake now.  TASC was also an early adopter of offering Debit Cards to participants for their benefit accounts. Today, over a million people use the TASC Card for the fastest reimbursements in the industry.

One of the most convenient and accessible innovations that TASC spearheaded was the TASC Mobile App! If you haven’t checked the TASC Mobile App lately, it’s time to look. This is not your father’s mobile app. With features like checking a benefit account balance, locking the TASC Card from use, and even checking if an expense is eligible for reimbursement – the TASC Mobile App makes accessing benefits easy from anywhere at any time!

Keep your eye on TASC because later this year we will release another set of benefits that will further set TASC apart from other administrators. I am proud to say that we have the system, the support, and innovation to compete and win against anyone and anything in our industry.
