TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), a national third-party administrator of employee benefits, is pleased to announce the promotion of Wendy Velasco to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Since joining TASC in 2019 as the Corporate Controller, Wendy has made considerable contributions to improve the financial processes, transparency, and stability of TCB Enterprise with her dedication to refining workflows and strong data integrity.
Wendy started her career in public accounting, spending most of her time at a fortune 10 company. She has extensive experience in financial controls through efficient processes. Wendy’s background also includes controls development, acquisition valuation and integration, and ERP systems implementations.
In five years with TASC, Wendy has been instrumental in executing an economic engine at the service model level as well as transitioning our accounting, reporting, and forecasting process to be nimbler with direct connectivity back to the business drivers.

As CFO, Wendy will continue building on our strong foundation of controls here at TASC and further strengthen our financial services mindset within TCB. She will continue to lead improvements in operational efficiency to prepare TCB Enterprise for continued growth into the future.

Wendy also aligns with TASC’s philanthropic culture; she focuses her passion on international equity and climate change issues. She served as the former Treasurer of her children’s elementary PFO and has created multicultural events for students and faculty, including representations of more than 20 international heritages at the school. In her free time, Wendy hones her gardening skills and spends time with her husband, three children, and her dog.
